C-Service and/or Dr. Smadar Weinstein (hereinafter: “the Company”) established the C-Service website (hereinafter: “the Website”), which serves as a management portal for managers and employees across all customer service professions.
Use of the Website, its content, and access through various end-user devices is subject to these Website Terms of Use (hereinafter: “the Terms”).

Please read these Terms carefully. By beginning to use the Website and its content, you acknowledge and confirm your agreement with these Terms.
The Company reserves the right to update the Terms from time to time at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Any change will take effect immediately upon its publication on this Website. If you do not agree to all or part of the Terms, you are not authorized to use the Website for any purpose.

The Company may refuse to publish any content that, in its view, violates the Terms below and/or may cause harm to the Website and/or to any third party. The Company may also remove such content at any time.

In these Terms, “Content” includes articles, reviews, data, product and/or service purchases offered on or through the Website, news, analyses, assessments, whether in text, image, or audio form, provided to users via the Website or end-user devices, by any means available now or in the future, whether owned by the Company or by a third party that grants the Company usage rights.

Freedom of expression is a cornerstone of the Website, but it is also subject to the laws of the State of Israel.

Accordingly, you are prohibited from publishing on the Website or in its discussion groups the following:

Explicit sexual content, threats, racist or defamatory content.
Content encouraging criminal or civil offenses, violating privacy, causing harm, or offending public sentiment.
Content that infringes upon intellectual property rights not owned by you.
Content containing computer viruses of any kind.

Liability

The Company shall not bear any responsibility with regard to content and/or the availability of services on the Website or linked websites (including content submitted for publication) and across any end-user devices where they appear. This includes the accuracy, reliability, or effect of such content on users’ computers.

The Company shall not be liable for any damage, inconvenience, loss, emotional distress, or any direct or indirect consequence caused to you, your property, or any third party as a result of using such content.

The Company shall not be liable for any commercial information published on the Website. For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified and agreed that the publication of advertisements or commercial information on the Website shall not be interpreted as an offer to use, support, encourage, approve, or sponsor, whether explicitly or implicitly, any content or services offered by others.

The Company does not endorse, encourage, offer, or express any opinion regarding the accuracy, reliability, quality, or validity of content, advertisements, services, products, opinions, or positions presented on third-party websites or in any materials to which those sites may refer. Any reliance by the user on such content, advertisements, services, or positions is at the user’s sole discretion and responsibility.

Any transaction made as a result of an advertisement or information published on the Website or via a link to a third-party site is made directly between the user and the advertiser. The Company is not a party to such transactions and will not bear responsibility for the services or products offered in advertisements on the Website or on third-party sites, nor for any purchases made through such advertisements.

Advertisements displayed on the Website are the property of the advertiser and may not be used in any way that infringes upon the advertiser’s rights.

The Company does not guarantee that all links on the Website will be functional or lead to an active website. The Company may remove links previously included or refrain from adding new ones, at its sole and absolute discretion.

If the Company or its representatives attempt, out of goodwill and without obligation, to assist in resolving a problem or inquiry related to actions performed on another website, such assistance shall not be construed as imposing any responsibility on the Company or its representatives for actions performed on or through other sites.

Similarly, nothing in these Terms shall impose any responsibility on the Company or its representatives for any actions performed by a user on or through other sites.

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Website or its services, that they will be provided regularly or without interruption, that they will be secure and error-free, or that they will be protected against unauthorized access, damages, malfunctions, or failures of any kind in hardware, software, communication lines, or systems, whether belonging to the Company or its suppliers.

Use of the Website and its content is provided “AS IS” at the Company’s discretion, and you shall have no claim, demand, or lawsuit against the Company regarding the Website’s characteristics, limitations, or responses triggered by publications on the Website or on end-user devices.

Use of Content

Use of the content and services provided on the Website and through end-user devices is at your sole and full responsibility.

The Company may, at its discretion, close the Website or change its structure, appearance, or the availability of its services and content without prior notice, and you shall have no claim against the Company in this respect.

The Company will avoid, as much as possible, disclosing your personal details to third parties, unless required by a judicial order or if facing potential legal proceedings (civil or criminal) due to actions you performed on the Website. In such cases, the Company may disclose your details to the claimant or in accordance with the judicial order.

The Company may use information you provide on the Website, as well as data collected about your usage patterns, for purposes such as service improvement, contacting you (when necessary), or generating statistical analysis to be shared with third parties, including advertisers. This information will not personally identify you.

The Company may occasionally send you promotional material by email, either its own or from other advertisers. However, if you have registered for a Website service, the Company will not disclose your personal details to advertisers unless you explicitly consented during registration.

Confidentiality of user information will be maintained in accordance with the data security appendix attached to these Terms.

All pages on the Website are the exclusive property of the Company. No part of the Website may be copied or published, in whole or in part, without the Company’s prior written consent.

Copyright in the Website’s underlying concept, its design, trademarks, and any unique or exclusive activity of the Company remains with the Company. It is forbidden to modify, copy, distribute, broadcast, publicly display, reproduce, publish, or transfer any part of the Website without the Company’s prior written consent.

You agree to indemnify the Company, its employees, managers, shareholders, or representatives for any damage, loss, loss of profit, payment, or expense (including attorney fees and court costs) incurred as a result of your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are in addition to any other terms of use published on the Website. In the event of a conflict, these Terms shall prevail.

These Terms shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. The exclusive jurisdiction for any matter related to this agreement and the use of the Website shall lie with the competent courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa.
